Selected Value: 10
Please click, hold, and slide the dot to choose your estimated number of shooters.
There is a minimum of 200 birds needed for a tower shoot. We suggest a minimum of 10 birds per person.
Money Bird is a competition, where anyone who wants to participate puts in $10. The money bird is thrown during the tower hunt and will have a ribbon hanging from it. Whoever kills the money bird, will get a portion of the winnings based on how many people participate and how many money birds are thrown.

Tower Information

If your group is over 26 people, then it will be assigned to the South Large Tower. We can add additional small towers if your group exceeds 40 people.

There is a $200 handler fee for a single European Tower shoot. If an additional tower is added, a $100 additional handler fee will be applied per tower. For example, if an additional small tower is added to accommodate a larger group, then the overall handler fee will equal $300. If all 3 towers are in use, then the total handler fee will be $400.
There is a $500 bird cleaning fee for a large European Tower shoot and a $350 bird cleaning fee for Small European Tower shoot. These fees can be combined if multiple towers are in use.

Important Information Regarding Your Hunt.

Please read carefully.

Once we receive your Hunt Reservation Form, we will send you a hunt confirmation form, contact you regarding the deposit information and send you the registration/ online waiver link to forward to your group hunt participants. After participants complete the online registration, they will receive registration/ waiver confirmation sent to their email. Every person hunting on the property is required to sign a waiver.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: No refund of any deposit will be furnished. Rain, snow, sleet, or shine, all hunts are required to notify the club of any cancellations 48 hours prior. If a hunt needs to reschedule their reserved date, prior to the 48-hour cut-off, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled hunt.

We ask that “outside” dogs for corporate hunts not be brought in due to safety protocols. Our pheasant guides are professional gun dog handlers and are trained to know the Crooked Foot land preserve. If a guest in your group insists on bringing their dog, it will be the responsibility of the hunt organizer to manage the participant and their dog.

Ammo Requirements: 12 or 20 gauge. 2 3/4 inch in length (steel shot). Prefer no lead.

We require all group hunts to secure their date with a deposit to lock in bird prices. A deposit of 25% of the estimated hunt cost is required.  The deposit will be deducted from the final bill and is non-refundable. For your convenience, you can pay by credit card or by check. Please indicate on the Hunt Registration Form your preference of payment. Please note, if you pay by credit card there will be an additional 3.7% processing fee added.

Our handlers are volunteers and get paid for their time through gratuity. We ask that our hunt organizers encourage their participants to tip our handlers or have us add a gratuity portion to your invoice.

If you would like to email me, please send to: kcapone@crookedfoothuntclub.com.

We will contact the hunt organizer 1 week before your scheduled hunt to secure the number of birds and participants.

On the day of the hunt, check-in will be from 8:00 to 9:00 AM.
